Dr. Mollie, Founder of Best Life Design

Start Strong: 8/22 - 8/29
Two years ago, I thought I was living a healthy lifestyle. My vegetarian diet, genetic make-up, and sporadic exercise resulted in a healthy weight without me giving much attention to my health.

In reality, I was burning the candle at both ends, staying up late into the night writing my books and meeting deadlines. I spent uninterrupted hours at the computer and when time ran short, it was sleep, physical movement, and healthy eating that got shortchanged.

I was slowly depleting myself in different areas of my life, including physical. And it set me up for a major fall. This came in the form of a virus attacking my heart. Eventually, the virus went into my neurological system, affecting my ability to walk, to talk, and to see. This serious condition almost cost me my life.

This experience is why I am so passionate about including a Health & Wellness component in our Best Life Design Community. It was only in starting over and rebuilding my health from the ground up that I truly created my best life design. . . .
